Joni Cazeau is a wife, mom, Family Medicine physician, military veteran, and now co-author of the Learning With Gabriel and Ellise book series. Joni is the mother of three children, Gabriel, Ellise, and Daniel. She entered the literary world when she could not find English/French bilingual reading material that allowed her to facilitate reading for her children in French. “I do not speak much French at all. However, my children’s father does, and I wanted to help my kids share that part of his culture. I needed reading material that would engage and teach my children French while allowing me to learn at the same time. When I couldn’t find material easy enough to allow me to participate in the kids learning, we decided to create our own. Now our kids are reading and speaking in both languages and we know this series can help so many more children gain the same skill set.” Joni loves God, spending time with her husband and children, and almost any type of physical activity.
